Talk about a bunch of idiots! I am scared to say I live amongst these people!
Here is the tutorial on how to vote. This is for real!
LEARN TO VOTE IN MIAMI (http://www.miamidade.gov/info/community/elections.htm#)
What the election department hasn't figured out yet, is that the majority of people who screw up the elections don't speak English. So, instead of making a tutorial in English ONLY, how about making it in a language that would be beneficial to speakers of another language?
First of all, that would make sense. Second, it costs money that could be wasted elsewhere. Third, people who do not speak English in the U.S. should not be allowed to vote.
I for one am tired of paying hard earned money into taxes to help arrogant people who refuse to learn the language and customs of where they choose to live.
If I chose to live in France, I would not expect all of France to learn English to accomodate me, and, at their expense. I would learn French. Not only out of necessity, but out of respect.
People who come to Miami get a free ride. The government here stinks. We cater to arrogance.
Sorry. I am ticked this morning at some arrogant Cuban who woke me at 5am because she could not dial in English, speak English, and then called a second time because she was too stupid to realize that I was not speaking Spanish.
