I am glad you all find this amusing at my expense. I was trying to share with you all something new that might be helpful in aiding you in a healthier lifestyle.

I practice this method of excavation daily, and let me tell you, it really works.

Before I used the squatting method, I had bloody hemorrhoids almost weekly. Now, I never have them at all. And, constipation is truly a thing of the past. I don't know about you, but having that bloated feeling all of the time is no fun.

So, before you guys go and poke fun at this, think about the feelings of others. I have never done anything to insult any of you, so why would you insult me?

Well I probably shouldn't share this bit of knowledge..Actually this method comes from the "depth charge". I worked for the state in the state parks system, it was a common method to relieve oneself 3 feet or so above the bowel..The higher you were the more points scored...But these drunk son of a guns often missed with the initial shot..It was nasty business cleaning it up after the weekends..

Advantages
1. Eliminates the need for ass gaskets.
2. Spreads cheeks wider so less wiping. Third world countries don't wipe. Maybe this is why.

Disadvantages.
1. High altitude splash back.
2. Not a relaxing position. Might pop a roid.
