I do not post much I spend many hours reading and preparing for my own fight with them but Question is

On the hackhu site it states in several locations

"Many illegal dealers’ websites have been shut down. Some of these sites, when accessed, will redirect the viewer to this site. Others will still seem to be in operation. Simply put, don’t buy illegal devices—you never know what it might cost you"

I am no lawyer but is that not a form of entrapment?

If they are still running sites that look legit?

If I browse there what you gonna do?

The device i purchased is not illegal to own! Wango and Dave coming to a court real soon!

I know most people can not afford to fight this. I am fortunate that i can fight and i will win for all of us innocent people!

Since my letter received

This is great I love this stuff. I wish justice didn't take so long. I can't wait till the judgments come down against DirecTV. Over and over again. Looks like there merger is shut down permanently also I hope they wasted a bundle on that. Thanks for fighting for the rest of us.

I also am not a lawyer and don't know if that is a form of entrapment. But I believe in some conditions entrapment is allowed in the US just like a sting operation is.

Good Luck Wango !!

the standard for entrapment is pretty high...

in Canada, you must first be founf guilty before you can even invoke entrapment...

in the USA, generally, entrapment is considered to have occurred when you are coerced or enticed into doing something you wouldn't have otherwise done, the onus being on you to prove such....

So, the simple fact that you are browsing sites which apparently "cater" to signal theft could not be considered entrapment, lets not forget about the "eurocard" operation where US Customs actually SOLD pirate cards to the public and openly solicited them to purchase (with the disclaimer "illegal in the USA" posted on the website)

And lets not forget the US Customs sting operation in New Orleans which resulted in 6 indictments.
