Heres an easy way to see if the site is up or not. It goes down every once in awhile for different reasons.

Look at the bottom of my post. If the images for the class action suit are showing the site is up. They are stored there and when the site is not responding they dont appear in the peoples post that are using the new Screw you dave taglines. :)


I urge all parties that have received letters and signed agreements with DTV and those that have received letters and not signed any agreement to contact this firm. It is our only hope of defeating our GOLIATH in this matter...
