Matrix Modchip for X-Box

If there is anyone at all that can help me out I would really appreciate it. I just got a Matrix Modchip for my x-box. It is a non-soldering modchip w/programmer. My question is... Can anyone tell me how to flash my Bios/Modchip. I am very new to this. I am awesome with DSS. But new to X-Box.

I got my Matrix mod chip to work. It works great actually. I flashed it with EvoX 2.5. Well thanks for the help, everyone...
