Danger 68, I suggest you contact any local lawyer and at least have him contact DTV to so they know you are represented and are willing to fight the charges. I did not do this and have since been served papers.

DirecTv should let you out of it if you have your employer send a letter on there letter head explaining why they have purchase records for the device. If you don't work for any company and work for your self you might want to find an attorney to help you with it.
