BEV and Star Choice both have dealers in Canada and the USA that sell their product openly in the USA.
No law against that, right?
Well, perhaps there is.
If a product is made in the USA for export only. It is illegal to re-sell back to the USA.
Correct me if I'm wrong here. But, this is what I was told by a US Customs official.
