Lets just say, that I recieved a NexGen programmer from Vector technologies.
And that I bought some blank smart cards from another company.
Now, lets say that I found some software on the internet that i installed that could get an ATR from the "plain white blank smartcard".
Is that enough proof that I can use a programmer for uses other than DAVE the retard?
