Has anybody gone to court and what was the outcome?

Many have been summons to court, but none have gotten through discovery yet. Most probably will be settled before they get past that. Some will go to the judge or jury for a decision. There have been a few that posted here when they received the summons, but quickly stop posting for good reason too. I have seen posts ask these people to prove they have a summons by posting it on here that is really stupid. What better way would be for Dave to gather evidence.
