I noticed that Risestar had posted that some prominent Canadian dealers were being closed down. My question is "Will Dave have access to the customer lists of these dealers and can the list be used against the customers.

this is not FACT... but my take on it...
apparently, records are being siezed.. these records should not be 'shared' with third parties (legally I believe), because they would be classifid as evidence... of course TTRK is proof I believe that that is not always the case..
I would imagine that these Canadian dealers who were marketing Dish hardware, Bev would be interested in seeing those records,, especially of Canadian customers..

If they close on their own that's one thing however if it is a RCMP raid then they can seize all records

I don't know if they can or not but they do it. Example the RCMP was sending Dss Cards and hard drives from computers to NDS to be analized. Then NDS would come to Canada to testify. Theres no doubt that the RCMP share with third parties. Can they use records seized in Canada to go after you in the US I don't know but it seems they have not done so.
