If loaders were seized by customs what happens afterward what is the process my friend orderd a few and this is what happend he used a cc

were the loaders coming IN, or going OUT of Canada. Which dealer did he order from?

You can contest it but its not worth it. I would suggest just to walk away from it.

You got to post up a bond and so forth, like GS2 said, it is not worth it.

Also the bond is usually 2 to 3 times more then the item that was seized

under a provision of the dmca you can be fined up to $500,000 and jailed for up to 1 year for importing such a device... never seen it happen mind you.... generally, your friend is best off to just forget the whole ordeal and go on his way, the worst thing to do is to dispute the charges, since dealers get angry and are likely to cause alot of problems for your friend...
