when did a judge decide

I am in the middle of possibly settling my 50 thousand dollar suit.
I talked to my attorney who talked to a bunch of other attorneys and they told me something that I did not know about.

Supposedly in the second circuit court a judge has already ruled that these "devices" can only be used to hack DAVE.

This was the first I ever heard of this. Can anyone validate this?

I don't think so! Ask him where? After all you are paying him right! Tell him you want to see the ruling, it will only take him 5 mins. on his computer to find it!!!!!!! And if this correct than every cd-rw out there is illegal. Post back here when you talk to your lawyer!
