This is just another perfect example of how the Liberal party recruits from the shallow end of the gene pool. The fact that this guy is in a position of authority, is very scarey. But yes he is a product of what freedom under the liberals means.

CRTC Chairman Keith Spicer said on National TV in 1995 that it was perfectly fine to use a US system.
