Dave's Letters?

Has anyone heard what is going on with Dave's threatning letters? I have been watching the forums for a while and it seems that not much has been said lately about Dave's blackmailing scheme. Just wondering.

Let me give you my first hand experience with daves letters. Dave sent me one certified letter, and one normal mail letter back in febuary, threatening legal action in 30 days if I didn't reply. I simply made no action from these. 2 months later, dave sent me another two sets of letters threatening that they are realy going to take legal action this time. I made no action as a result of these either.

Now that being 5 months ago, I haven't received any court summon notices or anything like that, which would be what dave would have to have issued to me months before I would possibly even see a courtroom. Daves letters are just full of ----, if you respond to them, your dumbass deserves to get sued.

I looked at the prices of the total postage, and found that dave wasted about $10 on me, plus whatever the hell that attorney is charging him to write the letter. I hope it was worth it dave, because I haven't done anything wrong.
