Just bought a Hughes E86 and was wondering if Dave broadcasts the local channels (2,4 etc.) with the HD signal? Or do i need to install an antenna.

BTW the receiver is on its way, I dont have it yet.

Also , where is a good place to buy a HDTV dish with 3 lnb's? I see them on e-bay for about $100.00 US.

thanks,

The only HD channells you ge from dave is show time hd 543, HBO-HD 509, and HDNET 199. You need a antenna to get the networks.... go to xxx.antennaweb.org and put in you name and address and see what you get.

Depending if you sub for locals or whatever, you should be able to view both SD locals and if you have an ant., then you will be able to view the HD locals too.

Doesn't appear to be the case for me. With a subbed card/no locals, I can get my over the air locals. When I insert a 3m card/with locals, I get the satellite locals and my over the air locals are still listed in the guide but do not come in. Also the satellite locals do not display guide info. It just shows the channel is there and I can recieve them, but no program info.
