I'm not getting channel 198 or 199

I'm using a DTC-100. I can get the HD channels of 509 and 543 but 199 and 198 won't come in.
On both of those channels all I get is the searching for signal nag.
I've had a pro installer out to make sure the dish is aligned properly, and it is. I've set the dish type to an oval dish with a triple lnb and completed the interactive setup twice.
What am I doing wrong?

You are not picking the 119 bird. Check signal strengths on all 3 birds.
sat 101-ch 509, sat 119-ch 199,198, sat 110 ch 543.


Was it working when the installer was there. If he was a pro he would have made sure it was working on all transponders, I think you are slightly out of alignment, but it could be a bad lnb, cable,connector.

Are you using a multiswitch?

Hope this helps: if you are using a mustiswitch, disconnect the other receivers from the mustiswitch, reboot the receiver by unplugging. If you are getting 198 and 199 now, call directv for service again. You may need a new multeswitch, maybe a powered one.

199 & 198 I had to call Dave and have him add the channels. I assumed they would have added theem when I called and subbed my HDTV reciever, but it took another call.

Thanks for the help everyone. I called a different installer to check the signals and he said I wasn't receiving the 119 sat. We moved the dish to a different location and all is well. It seems the corner of my house was blocking the signal to the 119.
