when dtv finally makes everyone convert to dvi for hdtv, has anyone heard if they are going to make an adapter to go from the colorstream hd output to dvi or will you have to get a new hd sat receiver. i feel bad for the people that bought last years hd tv set without dvi. i think its all bs......

Who knows, but can you say class action if the early adopters can not watch HD on their existing equipment ???

I don't have specifics, but the dealer that sold me my set (Toshiba) said an adapter is already available for TVs sold this year without DVI. With the profit available for an adapter, they have to be available soon.

I think we still will be able to watch HD in 480, so technically we may be screwed.
