Why is it that Canadians have a hard time defining Corruption ?

Why would the chairman of the CRTC summon all the resources of law enforcement,unless he had “irons in the fire” or a BIG bag of something ?

Why would Bell Canada/Cable operations NEVER have a need to directly bribe/payoff regulators or crooked political officials ?. (Squeaky-Clean Operations)

Why or how would the CRTC commissioners & crooked political officials find it easy to trade influence for 3rd party CASH ?

Why would Bell Canada/ Cable operators let the CRTC determine the suitability & selection of “Community Access” channels on subscription Systems? How many channels does the CRTC influence?

Why does the Manhattan Cable problem (1980-90’s) seem so similar to Canadian CRTC policies ? (Influence peddling is not an original idea)

Why would CRTC chairman Charles Dalfen, if asked by the media, not wish to subject himself to a lie detector test.(Prove the integrity of CRTC etc). Heck! why not the Chairman of the FCC do the same

Why do I need to ask these questions?
