The Judge ordered 4000 units seized by the Royal Farcets returned..
In the hearing the crown was testing the judge and playing to see how long their could get away with their IDIOTIC behaviour.
They finally aggreed to consent but not until they had PISSED off another Judge with their AGORANCE.
The Royal Farcets had seized the Bankrupt Canadian Authorized DTH Alphastar units back in January when the Barrie police just happen to have a search warrant to look for Herbal products in a warehouse..
911.. SOS.. to the Blundering Royal Farcets to come have a look.. the Royals sent their top hit squad for this one..
Woh! what a Scoop.. the Royal Farcets even made a press release about their find THREE months after.. and you ask WHY..
To try DESTROY this Dealer and his family..
The Alphastar units were bought from Revenue Canada.. thats right.. the Government of Canada..
During the hearing the Judge ask the Crown who was the CRIMINAL at Revenue Canada who sold these units to the dealer..
Thats how SICK and RIDICULAS the Government and their Royal Enforcers are..
Also 120 units of RCA units were also ordered reurned because the Royal Puppets couldn't count properly when they sent in their top squad to seize the equipement.
They charged the dealer and his whole family with THEFT of TELECOMUNICATIONS.. WHY.. to HARASSH them in Public in their press release in hope of causing a family to break up.. NOT one system even had an Access Card.. sitting in boxes.. THEFT.. ( JERKOFFS )
They eventually dropped all the charges except one.. the RC ACT so they could keep the whole equipement as long as possible..
They knew they would eventually have to give it back... but...
THEY ARE ALL SICK CORRUPT MORONS..
Its nice that Judges can see that :)
Hope they get together occassionally for Sunday brunch where they can discuss their days in court..
Imagine what the discussions they could have... :)
