I've heard that in some foreigh countries DTV is either available or other sat providers use the same HU stream. Don't know if this is completely accurate. Anyway, I'm moving to New Zealand and was curious to know if anyone knows wether a subbed HU bin could be programmed to work down there or if I'm SOL.
