Sounds more like wishful thinking from C.A.S.S.T....if you understand the charter of Canada and the laws it would be next to impossible to target individuals...there won't be one Judge or Justice of the Peace that would sign a warrent because of someone SUSPECTED of watching television...think of the legal ramifications it would have when and if homes got raided and it was found that there was no equipment other than a legal bev system that was installed on a "trade in" program but left the old dtv or dishnet dish on the outside...There has to be a lot of criteria met before a warrent is issued and I do believe that law enforcement will not bother due to the hassle of surveilance and case building they would have to do to EACH person they investigate.
I also heard there was a lot more hot air floating around that meeting that one would care to know about...it's lucky that building didn't float up in the air...:R
