I received a voicemail on my old home phone from someone from the End User Project representing the Yarmouth lawfirm. How they got my number I have no idea. The guy said it was regarding purchases from dsshangout. Anyone else received phone calls? I have received 2 letters and ignored them so far. Any advice? The best thing I can say is that the number they left the message on is just a voicemail line and there isn't a phisical address associated with it.

I didn't receive any phone calls. Seems kinda strange to me that a collection firm would represent a law firm.

There has been a number of posts on here about receiving phone calls. They most likely got it from when you ordered your device and paid by Credit card or shipping record. From what I have heard when they call they ask for you by name and start reading from a script. If you interrupt them they say they will hang up if you don't listen. They try to act like they know a lot about you. Your email, your IP address. They say stuff like we know where you go on the internet. Its all designed to get you to pay them $3500 or more. If you plan on dealing with them get an attorney to call them. Most of the people that send these letters now are not even attorney's they have no power to negotiate any different settlements only what Dave wants.
