nice... i assume you are talking about your extorsion letter from DTV.. .
now you only have to come up with $3,350 dollars if you decide to settle...

this makes me think of someone elses idea of sending the $3,500 dollar check via COD for $3,500... aka for them to get their money they have to give the courier $3,500, anyone actually tried that ? i would LMAO if it actually worked.

Tho it prolly would borderline on fraud, but I'd get DTV's tax ID, send them an invoice for $3,500 and if they don't pay, report it to the credit monitoring guys (Equafax, etc..)

I was reading that a lot of companies blindly pay POs, atleast a lot of bigger companies.
