I found this in the Indpls paper I hope that I am not on his list I did recive a letter. I sent a complaint to the attorney general that dave was trying to extort money from me they sent dave a letter no word yet. http://www.indystar.com/print/articles/6/027028-7436-103.html[/URL] :K

Which attorney general? Local or state?

Attorney General? There is no local attorney general as far as I know. Only local (state) or Federal (US). Local law enforcement is through the prosecutors office.

According to my attorney, the people being sued are those that ignored the letters.

DUH!!! I do not know what I was thinking. You are correct the local prosecutor is called the SAO (State Attorneys Office). It must be the pain medication I’m on because of my root canal. :R

The article says $100/day. Does anyone know how much these people
are being sued for?

Dont know yet I have not heard from dave sence I got my first letter.I live in Indy. I hope that I am not on his list.:confused:
