Why are suits so late?

Has anyone addressed (in court or as an argument) that
damages in these suits were preventable by simply filing
timely complaints...or is Dave claiming that they "just
got" all this stuff after their raids years ago? I would
think a judge would reduce damages way down since they
seemed to favor time passing instead of stopping supposed
violations.

I'm sure dave's legal teams are smart enough to go through there lists in a way they descover the names before the 2 year limit. It might be something for your attorney to explore, but it won't be the smoking gun that gets a person off the hook. What they could do is take all the books they get from dealers and have 1 guy go through it all really slow that way he figures this out before the 2 year limit.
