Wasn't there some evidence around here somewhere that one of them card companies was behind some dss sites? Actually promoted them or owned em or something? Sure doesn't seem like you should be able to promote an on-line activity and then go around trying to sue people that participated?? Huh? Maybe it's just me...

The more I learn, the more I agree with what you're saying eeprom7777.
If any information exists to support that dave or that israeli company ever participated in the proliferation of this hobby, it certainly should be used against them
Hell, information like that could act as concrete support for why the whole damn dmca should be repealed! Now, if those in the know could only help us to establish these links........ ;)
