For all you Bell Puke lovers out there in tv land I just thought
I would let you all know that as of April 28th you will all be paying another 2.99 a month for a system access fee . So if you buy a 2 receiver set up then you now pay 8 bucks a month even before you have any programming available . Only in Canada eh !

It was great a when I first started out... it was cheper than a basic cable package.. Money well spent...With all these increases like a extar receiver charge for new receivers, 2 hikes in less than 6 months resembles the Rogers litle pig fingers with negative billing--that is the definition of being hosed..getting unsolicited and calling into cancel?!!!

The fee is only per account not per receiver. If you have 2 receivers, you pay $2.99. BEV added the fee as a system fee so they could brag about having the lowest cost basic package fee. This is standard BEV tatics, smoke and mirrors and twist things there way. They should have simply added the cost to the pacakages.

Even there extra receiver fee is a rip. Atleast SC gives there clients a lifetime warrenty on there receivers for the same cost.
