Getting Both satelites on dish 500 system

i have dishh 500 system with 2 single lnb's and a sweitch
so far i have been succesfull with locationg both satelites but i can't get them both at once. I either have echostar 119w on one and it's locked and on the other one it says wrong satelite echostart 119w when it's supposed to be 110.
Funny thing is that when i run check switch at first it tells me i got a lock on both of those and after 2 sec it tells me wrong satelite echostar 110 when it's supposed to be 119w.

When your at the install menu-you'll see the "dish 500" and "check switch" over on the right of the screen.click the "dish 500" it'll take you thru about 4-5 steps and about 10 minutes to go thru the process.Unless you do this the receiver won't recognize the 2 sat..Hope this helps..

Yes i have done that and it locked in on both satelites for about 3 seconds and then the green bar on dish 119 west turned red and said Wrong satelite - Echostar 110W

Go to the "check switch" from that menu.It'll do switch check and if both sat's are getting readings it will normally say test 1 of 2 then 2 of 2.If both sat's are getting signal a screen will pop up saying that the 110 and 119 are present,
