Isn't that what they are accusing us of doing? I wonder if he has

I must have missed the statute in the new laws that give RCMP authority to commit crimes in order to prevent larger crimes where they are allowed to illegally decode and we are not.

Ironic how they are sweeping the country looking for illegal competition to Bell and yet they somehow miss the ones in their own detachments.

I guess in the interest of stopping illegal decoding they need to do it themselves to learn how

Wasnt there a famous ad that was posted all over during the past winter where a group of Metropolitan Toronto's Finest were trying to pawn off their dss equipment on flea bay.:o
