I bought an hu card from decoder news do i have to worry I had them delete my account in december on both forums as well because I am in china and have been sience last january my name as been removed from my address so dtv has no way of finding me do I still have to worry I doubt I will be able to respond to this post for another month or two I do not have internet access where I live and I do not have e-mail either and I get on once or twice a month at netbars (basicly public internet access places) any thoughts I did receive two letters and had my laywer call them and said I could sue direct tv if they contacted me again because there violiating my rights but I am no longer in the us

What were the letters for--what did you buy and from whom ? If you live in China now are you coming back ? If you are, have your attorney take care of it, if you aren't coming back--what the hell. If you can't respond for a month, you must not be that concerned. In a month, they could have a default judgement against you. What is your attorney doing ?

On the assumption youre not planning to return from China for a very very long length of time why care. I am sure D4V3 isnt going to get any help from the Chinese government probably one of the world's biggest violators of digital copyright infringement.

min of 2 years maybe more if I extend my contract but more like 3 or 5
