Anyone ever thought of just suing dave? If enough of us got together, would could sue that jabroni for the constant bombardment of EM radiation into our homes. We could demand he stop or pay us each a $3500 settlement fee.

He licensed those frequencies from the government. Well, he did in the U.S. at least. So if you're talking about doing that in the U.S. it wouldn't fly. I doubt that'd fly in Canada either, but who knows.
