US & Canada MUST be brothers!

In Canada, you are getting bashed over your rights to watch tv, and in the US we are just getting bashed... re: the fiasco in Philadelphia between the cops and an armed/dangerous perpetrator. What I see on the US boards is a lot of off the wall sentiment towards the 12 cops who mercilessly beat the crap out of the guy they were chasing. (Whether he 'deserved' it isn't the issue, dammit!)

But this is what scares me... too many people are willing to give up their constitutional rights in order to gain a measure of safety in their lives! They are shown by the media (govt) a real bad guy, and next thing you know, there is public outcry to lynch the sob. Then the govt suggests 'let's give up THIS freedom in exchange for THAT crime"...

Show the people a few incidents of misdeeds with guns, and next thing you see is people willing to give up their right to bear arms. And so on it goes. The govt shows us an evil, makes it prominent in our lives, and wham! folks give up another right thinking it will combat the evil. I suspect that the govt has a lot to do with creating the evil to start with, just to have some ammo against freedom.

But this is the issue I want to present... you and us (great grammar, eh?) need to stick together and COMMUNICATE! Boards like this one are lifeboats that will save us in the end. Information is one weapon the govts can't defend against, and trust me, next thing they'll attack will be the internet, so we need to use it to the max to keep the idea mill rolling. THANKS ttrk for being there!

Yes I fully agree. Look at the recent incidents that come to mind in the US.

(1) The US government did no wrong when they torched 80 adults and children in Waco. And this was decided by JURORS, citizens who could have acknowledged the truth.

What was the crime of those children? What even did the adults do that required attacking with government guns blazing and then with TANKS. Really.

(2) what about Amadou Diallo (spelling) minding his own business in his own home or apartment building. He was doing NOTHING SUSPICIOUS so HOW could he have looked suspicious. I look suspicious like he did EVER DAMN DAY and so do you!!! Four armed COPS to one unarmed guy and they justify it. Its OK. Our lives are worth a plugged nickel if they can get away with that. AND THEY DID.

(3) How about the armed raid on the Cuban kid Elian Gonzales and his family. Guns pointed and attack mode. That COULD have easily turned bad. What the Christ for?

(4) What about the famous one, Rodney king. We see Cops wacking him for absolutely nothing ON FILM YET and they STILL cannot get a conviction. Has to be re-prosecuted by the Feds because it was such an affront to the public. What CRAP!!!

(5) And now the case in Philadelphia and there are MANY, MANY more from Ruby Ridge where they killed Weavers wife and kids to a hundred more.

And we have our fair share up here in Canada. Less publicized but pretty much as onerous. And it will get MUCH worse with asinine laws (draconian really) that will allow the Police to BREAK the LAW without consequences. Kingmaking of the worst kind. A class of society who are ABOVE the LAW and can act in a LAWLESS way with total impunity.

And people DO nothing.

We have idiot new gun laws in Canada and very few people are obeying these new registration laws. The government is putting out false figures (of registrations) as they quote handguns in the total WHICH were ALWAYS registered. Costing a fortune, not happening and would NOT solve anything even if it was followed.

ASS H O L E S in government think the crooks are going to obey these idiot gun laws. Really. And WHAT will they do when MOST gun owners don’t comply by the deadline.

Arrest us all?

They don’t have the manpower but it WILL show the public that they CAN DISOBEY stupid laws and it just MIGHT teach people a BAD lesson for a lawful society. But it WILL garner attention. No government can enforce silly unpopular laws and people will LEARN this fact. A Lawful country requires the FULL cooperation of the majority of its citizens and that’s really not happening these days.

And we WILL learn that lesson WELL just as we should. Only then will there be positive action by the people. And that will happen in Canada with this gun law. The government will grant extentions and more extentions and eventually they will have to CHANGE the IDIOT law. Only under the idiot Liberals. And unfortunately, the LAW HAS become the enemy much of the time.

Who among us can respect cops with these things happening?

And I haven't BEGUN to talk about Satellite TV PERSECUTIONS or usless prohibition laws for marijuana instead of booze. I don't touch it or booze but many studies show its LESS harmful than booze. Yet the jails are full of people and society full of fatherless families for this innocuous "crime" no worse than booze or tobacco. Children without fathers who will grow up to do the EXACT SAME THING given their poor economic conditions. We are ENSURING that we GROW a new generation of "criminals" so to speak, in our society BY THIS dumb government action. And they say it leads to harder drugs.

BULL S H I T!!

Only because its CRIMINAL and puts people in contact with criminals with HARD DRUGS when they want it. If only CRIMINALS sold cigarettes then people would get exposed to HARD Drugs too.

Funny, the Government seems to have learned NOTHING from the BOOZE prohibition in the 30's.

Nothing at all.

AMEN!!! And who made the call at Ruby ridge? janet "the transvestite" reno. still in office. Kill a few hundred in Waco. Still in office. use automatic weapons and tear gas to get a child staying with his relatives (who took him in after being saved at sea, NOT kidnapped), risk some trigger happy jerk blasting the kid who he's supposed to save (at gunpoint BTW) just so he can go back to the communist country that WAS (eg before clinton) our enemy. STILL IN OFFICE. Oh, and did I mention, clinton, who didnt inhale or ejaculate, wouldnt allow elians relatives to visit him because THAT would be too traumatic?!?!?!

As far as guns go, the govt sure is trying to get people to loathe guns and give up that fundamental RIGHT to own them. Problem is, they've got the media in their pocket: spread violence all over TV and films and when some kid blasts all his classmates to death blame the gun, and publicize the living sh!t out of it, dont let it rest. Then follow up by interviewing every idiotic liberal "authority" in the world about how bad guns are.. Kid couldnt possibly be disturbed or influenced by all the junk he watches on (free) TV. What about the kid that planted bombs all over his school? breif mention on the 11:00 news and never heard about again. Why? had nothing to do with guns! OK, so lets ban guns, make them illegal. Wait a minute! Isnt it already illegal for felons, yes those guys who keep commiting crimes with hand guns, to posess a firearm? HMMMM. Also, are not, by far, the majority of crimes committed with hand guns in this country done so with illegally obtained firearms. HMMMMM! I guess we can ban guns so they will be the only ones left that have them! BRILLIANT!!!!!

OK, Ive rambled enough, wont go into clinton getting busted for taking illegal campaign contributions from the communist chinese, then all of the sudden open trade doors, political doors, US funding, pardons for past wrongs, and oh yeah ease of access for our nuclear secrets to slip right out the door for them (who wouldnt authorize the search of the first Mr communist who they knew was leaving with those secrets? Janet reno baby, stepped right in said it violated his rights, spy rights ya know. Didnt we used to put those guys to death? and oh yeah, STILL IN OFFICE). HHMMMMM!

PS: By which means do communists maintain power? They own all the guns, joe schmoe and his neighbor are prohibitted by law from owning them. Kinda makes it hard to get rid of them, or stop them from moving in, does'nt it?

Folks,
IMHO, these issues posted here and other places are great because they 1) inform the unknowing what is going on and 2) inform the rest of us that it isn't going away.

But we need to be ever mindful of the underlaying reasons these issues exist in today's society. I do ever so sincerely believe it is all part of a huge plot to rule the world. Lots of folks laugh at this idea, but there's more and more evidence of a goal-directed sequence of events unfolding with every anti-society move by the various governments of the world.

There have been conspiracy theories available to suit every taste, but there's a common ring to many of them. The clincher for me came from some info an old lady gave me twenty years ago about the 'greymen', Jonathan May, and parts of the seven-family ideas that stuck with me all this time. ----! All of the plans enumerated in that original document have come to pass.

I'll admit, one can't really say what the motivation was/is of the perpetrators, but if I was laying out plans to rule the world, the list of things needing to be done would include all of what we are seeing now.

So ok, (here's a metaphore) you think the road was built to provide smooth, safe passage of autos, trucks and bicycles from New York to Alaska. It's also reasonable to assume the road was built to enhance commerce in the towns and cities along the way, and it's reasonable to think building the road was an act of compassion by bringing good medical services to places where none curently exist. But if the road inexorably heads east instead of west out of NYC, all the good intentions that MIGHT be ascribed to the road project's designers mean nothing!

The question we must all keep in mind is this... if I'm right about this, what can be done? Is it already far too late, in which case all we can do now is party-hardy as the ship slowly sinks? Or is there yet some glimmer of hope that there's enough of us to make a change?

And if I'm wrong? Well, pals, I'd rather work for freedom and be wrong than sit on my arse and do nothing... and be wrong!
