Charles Wagman has filed a motion to withdraw from the Charter Challenge!! His motion to seek leave from the court to withdraw
was signed May 30th. Unfortunately he had told others that he was staying on. As of October 25th Tech had agreed to raise the funds for him, for future billings, but she only donated a thousand
dollars. Another group says that they met with her and Wagman and donated money but he is not reflecting it in his application.
We have put in over 200,000 for the Fight, and are still standing by
the industry. We are not violating any injunctions by delivering
equipment to parking lots and invoicing it as something else like
our competition is doing.

So I guess this means the 'Charter Challenge' is toast?

I believe that this means that Charles Wagman will not be part of the Charter Challenge. This does not indicate there will not be a Charter Challenge. Is this not the same lawyer that settled cases in the last week instead of fighting them? If so probably better of without him.

The Charter Challenge is still going ahead. If we had withdrawn there would be an injunction in place immediatly! The lawyers who are handling the challenge are Alan Gold and Milton Davis.
Both are Great, but EXPENSIVE! We have to get fundraising as soon as possible.
