hey, I have a buddy who may be a possible target. His last name and Southern Texas Court "tag" for the region on the docket PACER is making us very unsettling. We will verify via the court docket on Monday, 8 June. Long story short - we may be in the market for a good attourney in SA Texas too. My name is almost a guarantee to come up also. We are preempting the letter - and if one of us is targeted - it's a 100% sure thing we'll retain a good Jewish lawyer who may not be cheap, but will be verrrrry good. Let me know your findings for a good lawyer....

If you don't mind an Austin lawyer, you could try contacting Michael McCoy at mccoylegal.com . I'm not sure of his exact rates, but he's extremely reasonable and very talented. He's also primarily concerned with copyright law. You'll have to wait to contact him though, as he's out of town until Friday. You could always leave a message with the secretary.
