Any one else in the Las Vegas area going to fight this crap?
I am definitely going to fight. Anyone served in the Las Vegas area

Should be interesting. The summons says they obtained info from 5/25/01 raid. 2 year limitation is expired on 18 USC 2520. NO they have to prove you actually got signal which would be required under 47 USC.

Doh.. I see the court received it 5/23/03.. 2 days before 2 year limitation!
