If this is in the wrong place, please move it. It seems like some people talk a little too much when they shouldn't. I won't mention any names, but I am sure anybody who reads these forums can think of a few. One person the other day admitted for the second time (and bashed someone for not reading all their posts and already knowing) that they have not and will not receive a letter, so why bother writing in here. The advice these people give has already been said many times. It seems that unless you are directly involved or have some advice that has not already been said you really should keep YOUR OPINIONS to yourself, they are not very valuable, and more of a waste of reading. How many times does a person who is facing a couple thousand dollar lawsuit want to read bickering between someone who isn't at all involved and other people, generally about personal opinions. Wouldn't it be nice if these people could be placed in the reading club.

This is a public forum. Suggesting somone be gagged because they did not receive a letter or you don't want to hear what they have to say is nonsense.

Everyone is entitled to post HERE,it's called free speech.
However, one thing that needs to stop is the personal name calling. Just because you don't agree with some others opinion does not allow you to try and degrade that person.
At the end of the day everyone will still walk away with THEIR opinion,so you see it is Counter productive for this site to allow all this Bashing.
Not to mention it is against the rules,if it carries on there will be quite a few end up in the readers club.
have a nice day.:)

If you search WAY back in time, you will find some people have consistently given the right advice even though the majority flamed them. Everything from being careful if you buy from US dealers to the fact that the 'letters' are serious and DTV will follow up on them. I suspect that if all the advice in the past was accurate, then the current advice from these people is well thought out. I notice you did not mention anybody by thier nick, but it is clear who you are targetting. I think RedX is in this group of people that gives consistantly correct advice.

And that would be your opinion.

Damn y'all..
ease up a little. They're "opinions" not "instructions". My thoughts are that if someone offers an opinion on any specific topic, whether it relates to your set of circumstances or not, it's intended to be food for thought, another ingredient to tyhe recipe, not the recipe itself.
I, for one, appreciate all of the input offered on the subjects at hand. It gives me many perspectives and angles at which to view a situation.
You should always make up your own mind, always. And I wouldn't suggest anyone taking someones opinion and considering it fact or the only course of action. Just take the opinion, and add it to all the other opinions offered. The you make up your mind as to what's best for you based on YOUR opinion.
Name calling is for children, opinions are not only, as I see it, allowed, but should be encouraged.

Some people here want their opinion taken as fact and I have a problem with that. Some people have no experience with some situations but still like to give advice concerning it. Myself, I speak what I think and from my personal experiences and let the person choosing decide for themselves about what to do. I don't bash someone or feel sorry for myself when someone disaggrees with me. And, I sure don't go around patting myself on the back and asking people to say good things about me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree, anybody can post an opinion, but I must say that the original poster has a point. It is fine to state your opinion regardless of what that is, but only one time is necesary. I am not sure who was targeted, but redx does seem to repeat alot of same stuff over and over again, and argue with people about things, and talks with authority as if it is the best advice (however he/she is not the only one) . When he/she is sued let them use there advice and pay a lawyer to do whatever they want. To me someone who belives in principles would not get a lawyer if they did nothing wrong. In fact I would rather go bankrupt than pay anybody for something I did not do. If you did something or have alot of money get a lawyer, why not, most people do not have 1000's of dollars coming out their butt to spend on a lawyer, or to give a company for no reason. This is MY opinion!

If only one time is necessary, why are you posting the above opionion for a second time out of 3 posts?

If Dave does any digging (in the event that I receive his extortion letter), he may well find that I visit this site and others. But even just reading this thread and others, it can easily be argued that I am here for the entertainment value. It is pretty damn entertaining to follow all of this stuff... addicting really. lol
