We are going to cros---amine Donald Best for the Chater Challenge,

He is a defendant here in a lawsuit against him, McKenzie, NDS and Bell....also due to the fact that the address he lists his company (The Nelson Group) under is non-existant, we had to get an order of substitutional service on him and the Nelson Group....also don't forget he was found to be non-objective by the Judge in Roy Levin's case, as well as illegally pulling Roy's credit history....

He is being sued here for breaching court ordered confidentiality and settlement agreements, due to his and McKenzie's little scheme of running to Nagracard to enlist them as clients in order to sue me and my family members, using information they were under Court order and settlement agreement not to disclose to any third party.

...I also heard something about him trying to get Marty Mullen to smoke some weed with him, but it turns out Mullen doesn't even smoke (and apparently wasn't the one with the grass...) but I don't know if this is completely true or what...
