NOTHING N THIS LIFE IS FREE....
Not (1) thing.
You came into this world,(paying) (IE) Delivery charges, birth cerfiticate, etc.
And you go out (paying) death certificate, etc.
You have to pay for any and all hobbies also.
So, I don't know what you mean.......
Doen't matter anyway........ Free-TV'ers are gonna be history, just like you kinda stated.

I think DTV has blown a market opportunity that it could have taken advantage of.
Just as a clothing store has a basement sale offering the same product for lower price DTV could have done something differently to take advantage of hobby types.
It's plain to see that emotion ruled their reactions and I think the results will be a disappointment for them.

Take it from Muggles "NOTHING N THIS LIFE IS FREE...."
People need to realize that this is NOT just a hobby....A hobby is going to the park and flying a kite or fireing up that RC car ect...thats what i think a hobby is...........;)

It's always so upbeat and positive here at the Den. Everybody is helpful and understanding. It gives me hope for a brighter future.
IMHO, Changes have to start at the top and work it's way down. Hint, hint!

Well Patrick Henry. You went to another site once, and returned...........
I won't mention the other site.
And I will tell you now, what I told you the last time, you got YOUR feathers ruffled.
Don't like the rules here, or the way things are run?
You know where the door is.
This site doesn't cater, to your specific needs, or wants.

Just stating my opinion, but it's not my rep in question. And as far as other sites, my relationship with the Den is not a monogamous one. Sorry?

PH, you've been involved in at least one flame fest here that closed a previous thread. You start posting in this thread with a sarcastic provocative statement. Now you light up an admin ?
My opinion, not that you care, Muggles has shown incredible tolerance... so far.

I Just can't believe these people are the administration here at this site. It is almost sickening. It's at least stupid. Conflict of interest at least, also.
I think this site is headed for destruction if this kind of management continues to represent itself, so bias. Is DTV sitting in the driver's seat here at the den?
I don't even know why we are arguing...this ----ing place is Dave country..through and through.

Light up? Because I voice my opinion, does not mean I light someone up. And as far as a flamefest, look a little more closely!

you two are just unbelievable in more ways
than one. now you come in here and attack
the mod's. if you guys got band or sent to
the reading room. i suppose you will run back
to your circle jerk and cry that the DEN is
unfair.

REDx, if stating one's opinion is called attacking, that would make you the world's worst. Why don't you quit trying to start something that isn't there. I think you're the front runner for the READING CLUB.
Also I find the term "circle jerk" coming from you a female to be quite amusing. Where have you been hanging out lately to learn such trash?
Btw, I don't have a band. Or did you mean banned?

What's this got to do with the Legal Forum?
Patrick Henry and Slowpok, If you have problems with the way THIS site is run then post them in the correct forum.
And I can tell you NOW I'm not going to get in a debate with you on this issue here in the legal forum.
Don't like it ,then leave.

I'm gonna tell you all, to either stop the b.s., or I am gonna start banning. NOT reading club.
And that you can take to the bank.
P.H. you above all know I don't play.
Now everyone drop it.

Patrick Henry.
Let me set the record straight.
So everyone knows upfront.
I think in my personal opinion, that you have an excellent site, for legal issues, especially in the USA.
Risestar has even mentioned it quite a few times.
I have PERSONALLY sent quite a few people over to read and learn, what there options might be.
And I go there and read myself.
It is WAY beyond my mental belief that you would come here and slam a site, that is praising your site, for its outstanding job, at trying to help people get a handle on what their legal possibilites might be.
It is also a challenge for me to believe, that you think there are not (so called DTV spies), lurking on your site. Or, are you that gullable?
If you feel this site is such a bad influence, or place to be, why do you keep comming here, and try to stir trash?
Trying to build a larger user base?
Personally I don't care for your tactics here, and I hope for everyones sake you cease, and desist.
Opinions are like (_!_), and i have just given mine.
I hope you can take some constructive criticism.
Have a good day.

Hi Guy's and Gal's,
I'm not sure what is going on here, but we shouldn't be
fighting among each other, or we all lose. First, I have
always recommended everyone to visit all the sites, and
form your own opinion.
I realizes this started out as a letter, and now many have
been sued. It is a very touchy subject in deed. Now, the
bottom line what to do if you receive a dave letter. Take it seriously! You may, or may not be sued, but you just don't
know. Now your options.
#1 talk to a lawyer, don't call dave yourself.
#2 Read, read, and read all you can.
#3 Decide what's best for you, settle, or fight!
#4 If you can't decide, prepare yourself as if you
are going to be sued.
#5 call dave yourself.
#6 Don't blame other's for your misfortune.

there is no reason you and i should argue and fight.
i to have sent people to your site for info.

Muggles, I don't have site. I visit numerous ones. I have been a member here for over 3 years (different nick). My point here is how when someone asks a question someone else thinks is stupid and they get attacked. Or if someone has a different opinion they get slammed.
This is what I said:
It's always so upbeat and positive here at the Den. Everybody is helpful and understanding. It gives me hope for a brighter future.
IMHO, Changes have to start at the top and work it's way down. Hint, hint!
Then a certain person took it upon themself to say:
i suppose you will run back
to your circle jerk and cry that the DEN is unfair.
This is the problem I have. SOME people always attack and cry foul when someone stands up to them.
I've said my peace. Time to move on.
