Trying to hook up a 2700 IRD to a new dish. When i try to check the switches it comes up with no switches found. When I look at the 301 receiver it says there is a quad switch installed.

When I connect the 2700 I only recieve odd channels on 119.

Some one had mentioned I need a dish pro adaptor. If this is correct where can I get one.

Any help would be great

A dish pro adapter can be obtained from dishnet, or any sat supplier. 18inch has them on thier site as do several others. A dish-pro adapter is basicly a 22khz tone inserter that connects at the back of the ird on the sat in cable. If you cant obtain one you can change to the old style lnbs and a multi-switch instead. Your 301 ird's will still work with the multi-switch. Good Luck
