Ok,

I have a drd450rga which has never been in the stream before. It has the 0039xxxxx update and a sub card inserted into it. I have hard and soft rebooted the receiver many times. When i connect the sat cable to it, i can get good signal strengths on the 101 sat between transponder 22 through 32. So i set the transponder to 23 with a signal strength of 84. Then i exit the menu and the receiver says "searching for satellite signal" indefinetly. I go back to the menu settings and i still have a signal strentgh.....weird? Also, i have four other receivers which i tested there and all receive signals on transponders 2 through 32, with 99 on transponder 20, but my new receiver only picks up on transponder 22-32....also very strange. Has any one else had this problem? Any help would be appreciated.....thanks!

specialk1, are you using a multisat setup with a switch? If you are not, go into the setup menu and make sure that it is setup for a single sat. If you are using a multi sat setup your switch could also be giving you problems. Have you tried putting the ird in a loction where one is already functioning properly to isolate whether it is a cabling issue? Can you manualy select a different transponder below the others youve listed? Just a few things you could try to troubleshoot your problems.
