Has anyone been visited by a Bell Canada Rep. asking about your internet and "oh by the way, I saw a dish on your roof, which satellite system is it?". Does anyone know if this is a new way of them pin pointing users then placing these homes against client lists to see who is not paying?

BEV has contracted Palladin Security, here in BC to report on all address's of homes that have dishes, big or small, ALL dishes.
Palladin(spelling??) Security has employees that drive around town 24/7 checking their clients doors, gates, and whatever to make sure everything is OK, if they see a dish, anywhere, they write down that address, if it is not in the current database(Palladins) then that employee gets $2-$5, that's per address.
A cable company in San Fransisco is doing the same thing with it's employees, a bounty on satellite dish locations.
What will these data bases be used for, ????, I think we all know it won't be for the dish owners benefit!
Even if it is only mailings to switch to BEV, I get enough mail as it is I don't need to on someone elses list.
