P5 / D1 card released

P5 and D1 are the same card. it is news to me that they are now putting them in new systems. i thought they were mailing them to people and still using the P4 cards for in store systems.

Just got 4 new p4's last week.. fyi
The blue and grey card you see is just an updated p4 there was a flaw in the first generation of p4's ..be a while before we see a d1 card I think.

Ok I been able to get systems with P4s and also with the P5/D1 this weekend. It would appear all the old stock would have P4s in it where as new stock would come with a P5/D1, some Circuits have the boxes lying outside, so you could also look at the card number first.

Two weeks I received 10 cards to replace the HU's that I was subscribing with. The replacement cards were P4s, not P5s/D1s.

Also I have seen P4s with CAM IDs as follows:

0005 xxxx xxxx
0006 xxxx xxxx
0008 xxxx xxxx
0009 xxxx xxxx

There may be other CAM IDs, but these are the only ones I have seen for sure.

The P5/D1 cards that I have gotten so far, all have had the following CAM IDs:

0013 xxxx xxxx
