DirecTV US signal in South America

I am relocating from the US to Chile and currently use DirecTV. I am curious if it is possible to receive the signal in Santiago? I know they offer a spanish service via DirecTV LA but I am looking for english programming options. If it is feasible, what size dish would we be talking about?

I doubt you can get a signal, but if you do it would have to be received with one big dish of at least 5 meters or more, you may wanna try asking in the spanish forums section.
