Well if that statement were true you would have read the rules and not taken the risk of getting our site in trouble. More than likely your just another ---- stirrer trying to cause trouble. I hope Muggles makes an example out of you and kicks you so far that it will be a week before you hit the ground.:mad:

Hard to say . . . one's coming in on a proxy . . .

Speaking of files, though, I got a really nice one at a flea market . . . diamond abrasive imbedded, and cuts darn near anything. Really good for touching up carbide tool bits to keep that sharp edge you need to get a good finish! :D
