I've send a blank international money about 3 weeks ago using snail mail. I've send you guys 2 email and one private message to Risestar, but there's not even one reply? I know you guys are very busy, but can someone at least let me know what's going on? Thanks!

i can't answer that for you but i can tell you if you are in the US and mailing to canada it could take up to a month. i have personally experienced mail taking anywhere from 2 weeks to a month to get to its destination.

Thanks for the reply mouse01. Letters to Canada only takes 1 week. If PirateDen did not receive the money order, at least someone should of answered my inquiries.

No, a letter to Canada could take several weeks, a month would not be uncommon at all. Even your 'global priority' from the USA that is supposed to be overnite, can take up to a week or more to get here. Once it leaves the US Postal system, they have absolutely no control over it. You have to understand that Canada Post is not anywhere close to being as efficient as the US Post, it takes 2 days just to mail a letter across town, where in the USA you can mail from LA to NY in 2 days (I've heard anyways....).

.... and customs sometimes holds a letter/package for up to 15 days. they do this more on a random basis so you never know what is going to be held and what isn't. anyway i am sure they will answer your question as soon as they see it.

Thanks for all of the comforting words. Then I should wait for the mail to arrive in the mail, but why didn't anyone from pirateden reply to my mail????

Because only Risestar can answer you.
He deals with the memberships.

Like Dean, and mouse said, the mail service ain't the greatest.
Is this the problem? I really got no idea.

If I renew and send in the payment, Where and when can I check on this site,,,,,,,to see if my account has been updated for one year???

I don't want to be left hanging and not know if I get another year or if I will suddenly get cut off as per your Oct 29th E-mail to Pay UP within 14 days. Thankyou Risestar.

If you have sent email prior to Friday, please resend it as I had a major computer crash and some data and emails were lost

If you send in a membership payment, Where do you look to see if the payment was received? How do you know you have another year?

It's not too much money for the membership, but I'll be nice if anyone tells you what's going on. I'm still waiting for someone to let me know. I've send another email to Risestar, but no answer.........
