To review examples of lawsuits DirecTV has filed in Florida, visit the Sarastoa County Clerk of Court Website. Go into Online Records, Civil Lawsuits search screen. On the search screen, under "Company Name", type "DirecTV" this will bring up all the suits filed by DirecTV in that county alone. This site is excellent because it contains PDF files of the lawsuits, along with answers filed on behalf of Defendants, including answers I have filed on behalf of my clients.
