I just subscribed to Sirius on my car stereo. Seems great.

Have 2 basic questions:

1. Interested in getting it in other cars and in the house. Went to the website and found that I would need new radios for those other locations and could use my current sub plus pay an additional $5/month to activate other locations. Any way around this?

2. Is there a simple way to "test" this? Found some info on XM testing and it seemed pretty complicated for my small brain.

No, theres nothing available for Sirius at all.

$5 a month is really not a lot of money especially if you value the programming you are listening to

You're right $5 per month is no bid deal. But it $5 per month per location so I might add a little. The problem is that its no fun. Its no fun to pay for something to get it just like everyone else. Anyone can pay for it.

Its kind of like ---. --- is a lot more fun when its a secret or you're not supposed to be doing it or the cops could show up at anytime. At least, that's what I've been told.

I just got this, paid 27.00 for a month & one time setup so I could verify it works in Mexico where I live. I drove from Laredo to my home 700 miles south and except for when I was under the roof of the toll booths had no problems. It is great and I think i will go fot the lifetime sub! 400.00 for (hopefully) 40 years seems like a steal!

Just get seperate docking stations for each location.....wont cost you anything more......can't listen in more than one place at a time anyway...
If there are other people that want to piggyback your subscription with more receivers, a few bucks a month extra is more than reasonable.
