Do I change to wireless A or is there an antena I can use?

Does the card have an external antenna jack? If so, go for some type of high gain antenna to use on it.
This being the Den (at least I think), make your own.

There are also ton's of Pringle can designs all over the net too.
If you don't have an external antenna jack on the card, consider getting an Orinoco Card. Find an old Silver "B" card, I'll show you how to hack it to an "Gold". They are pretty much the defacto standards for wardriving.

It's a linksys wireless b, no removable antenna. I'll try to get a orinoco card
