RCA 490 problem...

Everytime I record something it starts recording 3 minutes before the program starts. How can I change the time on the receiver? Is there an internal clock? thanks

not sure about that but would it not be easier to change the clock on your vcr?

there is no way to change the time on utv what i do is just wait for the movie to start and then hit the record button, a little hard to do if you are not home

Somewhere there is an option to start recording a set number of minutes before and a set number of minutes after. Mine is set on 1 minute.
