Dumb Question XTREME Upgrade Superzaps

Hi guys, if you have surgeon's 2.5 xtreme installed can you upgrade to version 2.52 using superzaps 2.52Xplusz?
I came across Superzaps 2.52 but the file it has an MFS extension, instead of an ISO so Im not sure how to burn it? (tried renaming it but... no luck!)

I have the Iso image for surgeons 2.5 and the ISO Superzap's 2.52 upgrade, So the only thing I can think of is loading 2.5 then upgrading to 2.52,

You can use that mfs version using mfstools restore, but it wont be the same as xtreme2.5 upgraded.

To do the upgrade properly, get a hold of the superzap xupgrade package, such as on the members area, its an iso and you can upgrade to 2.5.2 or 3.1 from 2.5 XTreme
